聚酯非织造土工布室外自然老化和耐酸碱的状态
国内生产的土工布主要是以聚酯非织造土工布为主,其机械性能和耐冻融性能良好,并且耐光氧老化性能要优于聚丙烯非织造土工布,但是聚酯非织造土工布的耐碱性能较差、容易受到水分等外界环境的影响。
通过采用室外(wai)自(zi)然老化(hua)和(he)耐酸碱等试验(yan)(yan)对(dui)面密度相(xiang)同的聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)非(fei)织造(zao)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)布(bu)和(he)聚(ju)(ju)丙烯非(fei)织造(zao)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)布(bu)进(jin)行(xing)研究对(dui)比(bi)。试验(yan)(yan)结果表明:在碱性(xing)环境(jing)中,相(xiang)较于聚(ju)(ju)丙烯,聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)纤(xian)维会发生水解(jie)从(cong)而导致(zhi)聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)非(fei)织造(zao)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)布(bu)力学性(xing)能下降;而在同样放置9个月室外(wai)露天环境(jing)条(tiao)件(jian)下,聚(ju)(ju)丙烯非(fei)织造(zao)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)布(bu)的强力保(bao)持(chi)率(lv)要高于聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)非(fei)织造(zao)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)布(bu)。申垒分别对(dui)经(jing)过冻融(rong)(rong)试验(yan)(yan)前后的聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)长丝(si)纺黏非(fei)织造(zao)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)布(bu)进(jin)行(xing)直剪试验(yan)(yan),结果表明经(jing)过冻融(rong)(rong)试验(yan)(yan)后,长丝(si)纺黏针刺(ci)非(fei)织造(zao)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)布(bu)的摩(mo)擦角仅减(jian)小1.82°,摩(mo)擦角保(bao)持(chi)率(lv)为(wei)86.93%。由(you)此可见(jian),聚(ju)(ju)酯(zhi)长丝(si)纺黏非(fei)织造(zao)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)布(bu)具(ju)有优异的耐冻融(rong)(rong)性(xing)能。
